If you want your review to be added, just mail me (pubs@mikewmiller.net) with it (please remember to make clear which pub you're reviewing!) and it'll go on as soon as I get the chance to add it.
Coming soon to this page : a nice form-related submission system, also the guidelines regarding submission and later alteration (though they're very obvious; basically mail me with your review and it'll go on, and mail me later if you want your review altered/removed).
