Mike Miller: (21/07/98) A large pub frequented by mostly nice locals, though a few dubious characters with large dogs were there too. There's a sunny conservatory area to sit in. The food served is nice and cheap - a friend said that the portions were a little small but I was quite satisfied. A pseudo-Greene King pub.

Richard Kastein: Mistakenly entered through the kitchen! I recollect the interior being welcoming, with a carpet and comfortable seats. Serves decent food including my favourite chocolate fudge cake.
