Mike Miller: (14/05/99) Opinion certainly divides over this pub. In my opinion, it's far too expensive, full of silly open places, and they usually manage to have no real ale on whatsoever, despite having the facilities to do so. On the plus side, they do serve food in afternoons, and it's delightfully by the river, so ideal for a bit of revision in the sun. Still not a reason to rate it as a good pub though.

Richard Kastein: By the river opposite Magdalene. Seemed like a nice enough modern pub though others disagree.
